In 1980 he was written up in Training magazine for producing the series of 27 ground-breaking programs that, for the first time ever, used A/V tools to train more 600,000 workers taking the 1980 National Decennial Census.

Josh is the author of four books on the subject of selling and persuasion and is an internationally recognized expert on the subject.
