Role:
- to generate leads within Singapore's largest companies of relevant senior executives
- to speak with (over the phone), build rapport with and promote our high-end training and core executive education programmes
- to find the training needs and processes of companies and document them in a standardised format
- to serve existing customers by helping fulfill their annual training requirements
- to win sales deals / public and in-house programmes as well as consultancy projects
- be involved in marketing and promotion strategy and planning
Requirement:
- Have the confidence and competence to influence directors, presidents and CEOs of these companies
- Excellent English-speaking skills with a polite professional tone, neutral accent, correct diction and pronunciation, and knowledge and fluency of business words and phrases
- Habit of reading business books and periodicals
- Passion to learn and grow personally
- Proven ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Computer usage skills: google search, e-mail and Microsoft Word and Excel. HTML and web design skills preferred

- Good sense of humour, easygoing personality, and an ability to make friends over the phone and in person (instant rapport-building skills)

Sales Team Leader
- To be in charge of day-to-day operations of a business unit comprising of several functional teams, including a sales force
- To lead, motivate, guide and coach the individuals in the above teams
- To ensure maximum performance with high morale; groom
- To understand the business direction and brand positioning from the directors and to ensure that tasks are accomplished through the teams in line with these directives every day
- To report to the directors on a daily basis the progress achieved by the business unit
- To preserve the highest levels of integrity and ethical standards in all operations
- To foster innovation and take advantage of technology to gain new markets
- To help cut costs by implementing best practices of operational efficiency and effectiveness
- To foster a learning, intelligent, knowledge-based organisation which emphasizes personal development along with personnel development
Requirement:
- Experience of at least 5 years in managing teams of people ranging from 10 - 25, including sales and marketing professionals
- Deliver tangible results through the efforts and effective leadership of the above teams
- To have delivered tangible results
- To be technologically savvy and have a clear and proven understanding of sales and marketing
- A college degree, preferably an MBA
- To oversee human resource functions and delegate [role], including interviewing and selection of team members and induction training for new employees
- To delegate to the employed teams as well as outside vendors, and to supervise the execution of delegated tasks
- To maintain proper documentation of all of the processes and tasks being executed by the business unit

Publicist
Role:
- To maintain fruitful contacts with the media at large including journalists, reporters, writers and editors; to ensure adequate media coverage for the company's offerings. Media includes television, radio, print and web.
- To plan the allocation of funds set aside for mass media marketing to ensure maximum effectiveness
- To create sales and public relations content which is required for advertisements, PR initiatives, brochures, and the company website
Requirement:
- Contacts within the media, and an ability to generate leads and relationships on an ongoing basis
- Writing skills, specifically copywriting for short written communication
- Experience in media planning and managing marketing campaigns
- Understanding brand management and positioning

Administrative Officer
Role:
- To help organise and execute supporting tasks for other members of team TLC
Requirement:
- To be IT savvy to update website and do simple graphic design
- Have a confidant, pleasant voice to make and receive phone calls

Investment Valuation Research Intern
Role:
- to conduct SWOT and cashflow analysis to work with company as a vendor
Requirement:
- fluency in reading financial statements and make predictions regarding company's value based on public information about company in the Buffett-Graham-Fisher method
